The Assembly has teamed up with Jay Blades, renowned furniture restorer and host of ‘The Repair Shop’ to bring Craftworks to life – a brand new craft and design event which promises to make sure the heritage and the future of craft is secured.
During London Craft Week 2024 this 3-Day live event will aim to curate the very best of arts, crafts, and design from all corners of the craft industry. The event will reflect Jay’s principles of great design, education, restoration and ensure future proofing for the craft industry.

Jay Blades presents Craftworks is all about celebrating the past, dealing with the present and securing the future for craft. Held in the beautiful and iconic Shoreditch Town Hall, Craftworks will celebrate the very best designers and makers from the UK and overseas in four very distinct exhibitions.
A free to attend show, Craftworks will attract craft industry professionals, architects, designers, artists, brands, retailers, media, the hospitality industry, prosumers, plus art, craft & design students.
